You pay before you get sit down, We tried the ceviche mixto was good but needed more spicy, the salchipapas were great with the sauces on it And the lomo saltado was pretty good too We were served in about 5-10 minutes so that was pretty good, Nice and chill restaurant For Peruvian food we think it's a great place, not that expensive compared to other restaurants Portions could be bigger but it's good

Quick restaurant where you order at the front. The food came out in under 5 minutes and it was tasty. They had booth seating and there were self serve fountain drinks. The marisco saltado was yummy and it came with fish, calamari, and shrimp. It was a little onion heavy, but otherwise very flavorful. The textures mixed nicely. I was also a fan of the rice and it also came with the chicken soup. I'd definitely return and try the other dishes.

I tried Inka Wasi two consecutive days. I had the Pescado A Lo Macho and Lomo Saltado both were delicious. I ate take out, but they have a nice dining area. I am looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

The good: I ordered almost $500 in catering for my kid's first birthday. It was easy to do by phone and I appreciate the worker's help with explaining dishes to me and recommending the quantity. I had one dish too many ordered and when I asked if I had ordered too much for 20 people he said I could afford to lose the salad or appetizer. I did and am glad because it would've definitely been too much. We ordered three half orders (yuca, potatoes and yellow sauce and plantains) and 3 full orders (lomo saltado, ceviche mixto, and fried rice). Many guests complimented the food and enjoyed it. The bad: I wish there was a label to tell us which sauce (we had 4 different ones) went with which dish. The interesting: Some of my guests thought the cuisine was Asian fusion.

Update Review: 04-29-2024 Today me and one of my co-workers had lunch at this location and had amazing time! All the staff was great, service was just top-notch! I had the Lomo Saltado ( Beef with fries ) it was so fresh, super hot on the plate with lean beef sauteed with red onions and cilantro and steamed rice. One of my favorites dishes and my co-worker had the Pollo Saltado ( Chicken ) Big shoot out to the cooks for making the food. ~ Harry Irvine

No BS Peruvian cuisine, delicious and well priced. You can see the flame while they cook; and taste it in your food - the smoky fire flavor that enhances the aroma and taste! You get a small soup on the side with every dish + their house green sauce which complements the dishes well. Favorites are the tallarin and lomo saltado.

They food was really delicious. It was full of flavor and prepared in good time. The server was very friendly and polite. The restaurant is very clean. I saw many people ordering takeout but sitting there was nice. There is also outdoor seating as well. Great place I found while staying
